Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our iGaming affiliate network, build strong partnerships and drive player acquisition and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company’s affiliate network.
- Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates and partners.
- Build strong relationships to maximise affiliate performance.
- Monitor campaigns and performance metrics to meet goals.
- Negotiate commission structures, contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and CRM teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
- Proven track record managing affiliate programs and driving revenue.
- Strong understanding of iGaming products and player acquisition strategies.
- Experience with affiliate tracking, analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance and responsible marketing.
