We are seeking an experienced Casino / General Manager to lead casino and online gaming operations, ensuring strong performance, compliance and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall casino and iGaming operations, including customer experience and marketing.
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, growth and profitability.
Ensure full compliance with gaming regulations, licensing and internal policies.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
Drive operational efficiency, performance management and process improvement.
Lead, develop and mentor management teams to maintain a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
5–8 years’ experience in casino management, including iGaming operations.
Proven experience managing both land-based and online gaming environments.
Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance.
Experience in financial management and operational performance.
Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
